OUR PROCESS
Virtual and On-Site Meetings
You'll share your lighting vision, ideas, and budget. We'll listen, ask questions, take photographs for our design software, and calculate a draft budget. A $300 design fee is required to proceed to the lighting design. This is credited with lighting installation.
Lighting Design
We create a custom lighting design and rendering taking into account all of the info gained from the onsite meeting. We produce a detailed fixture and accessory list, power distribution plan, and installation cost. 50% deposit is collected, materials are ordered and installation is scheduled.
Installation
We use only the highest quality fixtures, cable, transformers, controllers and weatherproof connections. Combined with knowledge and adherence to all codes and best practices for 12V systems you are guaranteed a trouble free, durable lighting installation.

After dark aiming and adjusting
This step sets us apart from most landscape lighting installers. The lights will be adjusted and aimed after dark to achieve balanced, cohesive lighting that brings the design to fruition.
Lighting Reveal
When the installation is complete - all of the wire is buried and hidden, fixtures are adjusted and aimed to our demanding standards and treated with a protectant to ensure a lasting finish. As-built documentation is completed and the smart system is programmed and tested. We do a nightime reveal and often will take photos for documentation and marketing.

Maintenance and warranty service
Annual maintenance is important to ensure the lighting design endures. The first year maintenance visits are included with installation. All fixtures and the transformer carry a 10 year or lifetime warranty and will be repaired or replaced free of charge (according to the warranty details) with an annual maintenance plan. Any wiring failures will be repaired as long as the annual maintenance plan is maintained.
